Thank you for considering Prisoga for your purchase. Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with quality products and excellent service.

We kindly remind our customers that once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for any packages lost during transit or for any issues arising from incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. We encourage our customers to double-check their shipping information before submitting their orders to ensure a smooth and timely delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

In the case that a customer's order is taking an extended time to ship, customers can submit a request via email to support@prisoga.com, and the customer will be refunded the entire amount.

Processing.

Orders are processed within 2 to 6 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. High-volume periods such as drops, restocks, and holidays may add a few days, and we will let you know if that is the case.

Shipping options.

Standard, expedited, and overnight options are shown at checkout. Rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated based on your address and the option you choose.

Tracking.

You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking page.

Delays.

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timelines are out of our hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control, but we will help you follow up if something goes wrong.

Lost or stolen packages.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Once a package is marked delivered, Prisoga is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, or for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your order is significantly delayed past its estimated window without movement, email us and we will look into it.

Damaged or wrong items. 

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at support@prisoga.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
